Check Your Tesla Software
Custom lock sounds require Tesla software version 2023.44.25 or later (Holiday Update). Check your software version in Settings > Software on your Tesla touchscreen.
Pro Tip
If you need to update, connect to WiFi and check for updates in Settings > Software > Update.
